President
Chuck
Greene - Chuck is a producer and writer of radio and television
documentaries and President of New Wilderness Distribution. He lives in Incline
Village and dedicates his energy to supporting Nevada-based groups. He is
Secretary of the Nevada Rock
Art Foundation and on the Board of the Tahoe Rim Trail Association. He is also
helping found new organizations such as the Tahoe Arts Foundation and the
Incline Historical Society.

Treasurer
Mark Kimbrough - Mark has worked at
many levels in the outdoor recreation profession. He started at Pyramid Lake for
Washoe County Parks transferring to Galena Creek and Davis Creek Park for a
total of 7 years. He then moved to Nevada State Parks and enjoyed many other
Northern Nevada duty stations. After 23 years, he retired as a District Ranger
to take the Executive Director position for the Tahoe Rim Trail Association where he
works today. Mark is a resident of Carson
City.

Doug Doolittle - Doug has over 28
years of experience in managing outdoor recreation and currently serves as the
Director of Regional
Parks and Open Space for Washoe County. He directs all aspects of the
planning and management of a comprehensive regional parks system that
encompasses over 7,000 acres of open space and 70 developed parks that include
regional parks, neighborhood parks, community buildings, golf courses, aquatic
facilities, and many more venues. Prior to Washoe County, he worked for over 20
years with the Incline Village General Improvement District including managing
many major capital improvement recreation projects. He brings a wealth of
experience in long-range park planning, recreation program development, and
capital project management, among many other skills, to the Sierra Front
Recreation Coalition.

Jacques Etchegoyhen - Jacques,
before creating Minden-based Terra
Firma Associates, was the Nevada State Director for the American Land
Conservancy for two years and had been the manager of one of the oldest ranches
in Nevada for over 20 years. Among his many honors, the Governor of Nevada in
1992 and 1996 appointed him to the State Land Use Planning Council. He was a
planning commissioner in Douglas County from 1990-1994, and was elected to the
county commission in 1994, 1998 and 2002, serving as chairman for four years. He
was appointed by the Secretary of Interior to the Northwest Resource Advisory
Council in 1998, and elected chairman in October, 2000. Jacques and his wife
Cris, call the Eastern Sierra, from Minden to Lone Pine,
home.

Roger Moellendorf - Roger has been
the Parks and Recreation
Director for Carson City since 2004. Also bringing a wealth of recreation
expertise to the Board, Roger worked for over 21 years for the City of Green
River, Wyoming, sixteen years as the Director of Parks and Recreation and five
years as the Parks Supervisor. Roger served as City Arborist for Fremont
Nebraska from 1978 to 1983. Roger is married to Donnie and has three children
who are all mostly grown and mostly out of the house.

Dave Morrow - Currently serving as
the Administrator for the Nevada
Division of State Parks, Dave has been involved in natural resource and
outdoor recreation management for over thirty years. As a boy, he helped his
parents and grandparents operate a private lodge and campground. With degrees in
park and public administration, Dave began his career with the San Diego County
Camp Commission. Dave then went to work for Utah State Parks and spent thirty
years working in, and managing, some of Utah's most significant state parks. In
2003, he retired from Utah State Parks as the Assistant Director to move to
Nevada.

Gary Schiff - From 1999 to August
2007, Gary served as District Ranger on the Carson Ranger District of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National
Forest. The District surrounds the eastern side of the Lake Tahoe Basin and
includes parts of eight counties in California and Nevada. Gary and his staff
made trail and trailhead planning a key priority. They forged numerous
partnerships in developing a host of new opportunities. Prior to this assignment
Gary worked for the Forest Service in the Taos, New Mexico area. He and his wife
Laurel have three children who are often forced to hike with the family. Gary
recently resigned from the Board of Sierra Front and left his position as
District Ranger to take a position with the Forest Service in Washington, D.C.
We are extremely grateful for his many years of support and leadership and wish
Gary and his family the best of luck on the East Coast.

Craig Schriber - As a life-long
outdoorsman and 25-year resident of northern Nevada, Craig has been involved in
area recreation and access for many years. In the 1990s he was a managing
partner of Sierra Mountaineer retail stores and was a mountaineering instructor
at UNR. He has served on the Boards of EDAWN, WIN, and the Rotary Club of Reno -
Central. Currently, he is a Realtor with Dickson Realty in Reno, he serves on the
Lieutenant Governor's Truckee River Steering Committee (NV Commission on
Tourism), and is a Board member of the Nevada Land Conservancy and the Truckee
River Foundation. He and his wife Amy are introducing their baby boy to the
beauty of the Sierra.

Steve Teshara - Steve has been
active in Lake Tahoe planning, transportation, recreation and community issues
for over 25 years. He is currently Executive Director of the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association and
the North Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce. Steve serves as the At-Large Member of
the Board of Directors of the Tahoe Transportation District and is one of three
Co-Chairs of the Lake Tahoe Transportation and Water Quality Coalition. As one
of the newest SFRC Board members, Steve is honored to have the opportunity to
work with an outstanding group of Board colleagues who have dedicated
significant time and professional expertise in support of recreation and
stewardship in our region of the magnificent Sierra Nevada range. Steve is a
strong advocate of the partnerships necessary to accomplish the mission of the
Sierra Front Recreation Coalition.
